- An initial consultation with the key individuals involved in the hiring process in order to gain the necessary insight regarding the experience, skills, credentials and characteristics required in order to match with the best potential candidates.
- Establish parameters of the search, such as understanding of the complete hiring process, timelines and expectations.
- Develop a comprehensive list of qualified candidates that meet the required criteria by contacting current database of candidates, referral networks, associations and cold-calling of passive candidates that are currently in a similar role. Screen and evaluate each candidate in order to ensure they meet the requirements and are a cultural fit to the organization.
- Candidate presentation that includes submission of detailed resume along with key analysis of the candidate’s experience, credentials, skill sets and relative characteristics.
- Facilitate the Interview Process. Assist with the coordination of scheduling and arranging interviews for each candidate.
- Reference check and Search Finalization. Conduct thorough reference checks on each candidate determined to be a finalist. Assist in negotiation of the offer and finalization of the compensation package.
- Post Placement Communication. Maintain periodic communication with both the client and candidate to ensure a successful hiring transition.
