Retained searches are prioritized over all other searches in order to achieve the desired results. Fee payments are made in thirds; 1/3 of the fee paid on initiation of the search, 1/3 paid thirty days later, and the final 1/3 is due upon placement of the candidate. Engaged Search
Engaged Search is also an excellent method of forming a high-priority search. An Engaged Search provides with exclusivity on a particular search, in return we offer guaranteed results. We require a small percentage of the fee up-front in order to initiate the search, of which will be discounted from the final placement fee. Successful completion of the search is guaranteed.
Contingency Search
Contingency Search allows us to present you with excellent existing or new candidates, but without any up-front fees or guarantees of successfully completing the search. Contingency search is non-exclusive, with the final fee payment due upon successful placement of the candidate.
